Volunteers4Cause (V4C), formerly Volunteers4COVAX, is a global network of volunteers who are working together to utilize their time and skills to catalyze action and solve social problems within their communities, cities, and countries. Volunteers4Cause (V4C) is powered by the World Merit Organization. Because we have access to World Merit’s suite of impact tools, our passionate network of volunteers has the unique ability to leverage vital assets, resources, frameworks, and templates to scale their social impact programs and projects at the individual and organizational level anywhere around the world.
Through the World Merit online impact platform, our volunteer members enroll to start, grow, and scale projects, challenges, and events. Members also have the ability to build a social resume profile allowing them to create a shared community connection with other impact leaders within the World Merit platform. They can also use and share their online social resume for job and funding recruitment. With Volunteers4Cause (V4C), we are creating partnerships and collaborations with individuals like you and with organizations such as NGOs, CBOs, non–profits, for–profits, and corporate organizations to leverage our robust database to recruit volunteers to spur impactful change for their impact programs and projects.
We have the capability to allow organizations to partner with us to recruit volunteers for their projects, while also utilizing the World Merit online platform to record their impact stories.
Volunteers4Cause has grown into a thriving platform that connects volunteers with a wide range of organizations and causes. We work with non-profits, schools, faith-based groups, for – profit organizations, and more to offer a diverse range of volunteer opportunities that cater to your interests and schedule. As a volunteer with Volunteers4Cause, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in your community.
You’ll be able to choose from a variety of volunteer opportunities, such as helping out at a food bank, assisting at a school event, or lending your skills to a non-profit organization. But volunteering isn’t just about helping others – it’s also about personal growth and development. Volunteering can help you build new skills, make new connections, and even boost your resume. It’s a win-win for everyone involved. Thank you for considering volunteering with Volunteers4Cause. We look forward to working with you to create a better future for our communities.

It is with a heavy heart that we pay tribute to Bukola Jegede – Olalere, a beloved social development consultant who was taken from us far too soon. Bukola was a highly skilled and experienced professional, with over 7 years of experience in social development and a wealth of knowledge in managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams, resource mobilization, project management, monitoring, capacity building, community need assessment, and advocacy.
Bukola served as our pioneer Global Project Coordinator for Volunteers4Cause (previously known as Volunteers4COVAX) before her untimely death. She was known for her excellent analysis and report writing skills, as well as her ability to prepare training modules and budgets. She was a true leader and team player, and her dedication to her work and her clients was evident in everything she did. Bukola will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her contributions to the field of social development will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Bukola Olalere. Your memory will live on forever.
